  DIFUSSE AND POSITION BRANDS OR DESTINIES.
  1. Mailings.
2. Develop campaigns via internet for specific clients.
3. Seminars in Santiago and the Regions.
4. Assistance in the development of promotional material, flyers, souvenirs, etc.
5. Organize FAM trips for operators, travel agents, press and commercial accounts.
6. Publicity - Develop a publicity plan and negotiate with the media.
7. Creation of tourists programs with value added.
8. Personalized Promotion. The objective is to reach a specific group of agencies the most important ones in the market. The work will consist in:
a) Assign to the selected companies a sales representative, well verse on the principal strength of the products.
b) Distribution of material.
c) Evaluation and report on the work performed, including the concerns from the travel agents and operators visited.
d) Prepare a report listing all the companies visited and the number of contacts made in each one of them.

EVENTS – TRADE SHOWS – FAIRS

  I Performance:
  1. Select a place and cost out the event.
2. Coordination of all of the required services audiovisual/computer equipment, photographers, etc.
3. Obtain quotes and coordinate with the printers the design and making of invitations.
4. Selection of guests: operators, travel agents, airlines, commercial accounts, specialized tourist media, etc.
5. Distribution or hand delivery of invitations.
6. Support, at the event, with greeting personnel.
7. Compilation and distribution of the material to be given to guests.
8. Coverage pre and post event with the travel industry media.
9. Coordinate competitive lodging cost for those people participating in the event Coordinate and negotiate any other additional service thay me be required, such as transfers, tours, performing tasks required to get promotional materials out of customs.
  II Represent the company or interested party at shows and events where they would like to be present.
  This could be the ones organized by ACHMART Travel Operators and Representatives' Association), ACHET (Travel Agents Association), Achila (Chilean Association of Airlines), or any commercial entity, industrial or service organization.
